Use Musebit AI from your favourite AI assistant.

Connect ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code or any MCP-compatible assistant to your Musebit AI workspace. Once connected, the assistant can work with your projects, research and artifacts on your behalf — you stay signed in as yourself.

You will be asked to sign in to Musebit AI and approve the assistant before it can access anything.

Connect

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open Settings → Apps → Advanced and turn on Developer mode (read the risk notice shown there). If you cannot see it, ask your ChatGPT admin to enable it.
  2. 2Open the New plugin dialog.
  3. 3Enter Musebit AI Assistant as the name and paste the connection URL above into the URL field.
  4. 4Review the details, tick “I understand and want to continue” (ChatGPT shows this for every custom connection), then click Create.
  5. 5Enable Musebit AI Assistant from the chat composer, then ask ChatGPT to use your Musebit AI projects.

Claude

  1. 1Open the custom connector dialog — the name and URL are filled in for you.
  2. 2Review the details and click Add.
  3. 3If the prefilled form does not open, go to Claude’s Connectors page, choose “Add custom connector”, name it Musebit AI Assistant and paste the connection URL above.
  4. 4Enable the connector from the chat composer, then ask Claude to use Musebit AI.

Claude Code

  1. 1Run this command in a terminal:
  2. 2Start Claude Code and run /mcp to confirm Musebit AI Assistant is connected — sign in from that menu when prompted.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use your Musebit AI projects and artifacts.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open your assistant’s MCP server or custom connector settings.
  2. 2Create a new remote MCP server connection.
  3. 3Name it Musebit AI Assistant and paste the connection URL above.
  4. 4Complete the sign-in and approval prompts.
  5. 5Enable the connection, then ask the assistant to use Musebit AI.

Refresh after we ship updates

Assistants remember what Musebit AI could do when you first connected. After we release new capabilities, refresh the connection to pick them up.

ChatGPT

  1. 1Open ChatGPT’s Plugins page and select Musebit AI Assistant.
  2. 2Scroll to “Information” and click Refresh.
  3. 3ChatGPT cannot change an existing URL — if the connection URL above changed, delete the plugin and add it again.
  4. 4Start a new chat and ask ChatGPT to use Musebit AI.

Claude

  1. 1Open the Connectors page and select Musebit AI Assistant.
  2. 2Refresh or update the connector’s tools.
  3. 3Claude cannot change an existing URL — if it changed, remove the connector and add it again.
  4. 4Ask Claude to use Musebit AI.

Claude Code

  1. 1Start a new Claude Code session — it loads the latest capabilities on connect.
  2. 2If the URL changed, run claude mcp remove musebit-ai-assistant and run the install command again.
  3. 3Ask Claude Code to use Musebit AI.

Other AI assistants

  1. 1Open the assistant’s MCP server or connector settings.
  2. 2Select the connection you created for Musebit AI.
  3. 3Refresh the tool list, reload the server, or reconnect it.
  4. 4If the URL changed, paste the latest one from above.
  5. 5Start a new chat or session and ask it to use Musebit AI.
