Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

Musebit AI is operated by Musebit, trading as Musebit Agency ("Musebit", "we", "us"). These terms form an agreement between you and Musebit. Contact: info@musebit.in.

2. Acceptance and authority

By creating an account or continuing to use Musebit AI you agree to these terms. If you use Musebit AI on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you use it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

3. The service

Musebit AI is an AI product operating system. It generates research reports, product documents, brand and UI design output, prototypes and exportable assets from prompts and files you provide. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, Team or Enterprise).

4. Your account

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Licence and restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Musebit AI within the limits of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the service, resell or redistribute access, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use Musebit AI to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate others;
  • interfere with security — no malware, probing, penetration attempts, credential stuffing, or automated scraping of the service;
  • generate illegal content, sexual content involving minors, deepfakes or misleading synthetic likenesses of real people, hate speech, harassment, incitement to violence, or malware;
  • attempt to jailbreak, bypass safety filters, or extract underlying model prompts.

7. AI inputs, outputs and accuracy

You are responsible for the prompts and files you submit, for having the rights to submit them, and for how you use the outputs. You retain ownership of your inputs and, as between you and us, of the outputs generated for you; you grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to output generated for other users — verify anything before relying on it, and do not use outputs as financial, legal, medical or other regulated professional advice without qualified human review.

If you believe content generated or hosted through Musebit AI infringes your intellectual property, email info@musebit.in with details and we will investigate and remove infringing material where appropriate. Repeat or serious infringement leads to account termination.

8. Content moderation

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, apply rate limits and suspend accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or where required for legal, safety or security reasons.

9. Intellectual property

Musebit retains all rights in the Musebit AI software, documentation, design system, trademarks and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of the service to you.

10. Service level

We work to keep Musebit AI available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party model outages may affect availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Payments and subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing, and downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Prices are shown before purchase and may be exclusive of applicable taxes.

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics for international orders are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

12. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination your licence ends; you may export your workspace content for 30 days, after which we may delete it.

14. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or loss of goodwill. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

16. General

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights you have to bring a claim locally. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms and will post the revised date above.
