Why I joined Musebit AI

After a decade designing assistants inside large organisations, the interesting work moved to small, hyper-focused teams. Here's why.

For years the most interesting AI interfaces were locked inside large organisations, shipped slowly and diluted by committee. That changed. The teams doing the sharpest work on agentic products today are small, senior and specialised.

Musebit AI was born for that reason: a hyper-focused practice for products where AI is the experience rather than a feature flag. We spend our days on the hard parts — trust, verification, correction, handoff.

The design question has shifted. It's no longer 'how do we lay out this form'. It's 'how do we help someone trust, verify and correct something a machine just did for them'.

Designing for uncertainty

AI-native interfaces are probabilistic. Confidence, provenance and a graceful path to correction are now core UI primitives.
